Transformation is major change. So much so that there is a difference in how we should approach improvement goals versus transformation goals. Our present self, which will be the old self after the transformation has no interest in transforming. Your mind does - but the unconscious - which is running the show 95% of the time likes it just the way it is. You first have to put the conscious mind back at the head where it belongs, prepare the unconscious for the journey and then engage in what I call 'Crossing The River'.
