This episode sets the stage for looking at a variety of success-related best practices. Principles that have been around for decades. More recently, with science delving into the brain, unconscious, and even energy we have answers as to why it happens. If you haven’t watched the Introduction to 7 Fitness Areas, I recommend you do so as the foundational aspect of this understanding is that the unconscious is trillions of associations that can be rewired - unlike what was thought the last few hundred years when the Unconscious was seen as ‘the mind’ or ‘a mind’.
I don’t explore all of the heretofore unexplained. I am not addressing Energy which is a big part of it. Thought is energy and the mind regulates thought so therefore, the mind is involved in the flow of energy. We also know that where our attention goes, our energy flows. However, I have more to learn in that space. I have been fascinated with the nuances around energy from my work with Motorcycle instruction and photography lighting. Both are intertwined with energy and as I study energy, I see it is all around us and it follows the laws of physics.

This is an important topic, because Quantum Mechanics is often referenced for why people can ‘manifest’ outcomes through vibrational energy. I don’t have the answers, yet but I encourage you to explore with curiosity. The connection is that the observer is emitting energy and in some way, this act influences the behavior of the atoms.
